Questions

Does paying help me get found?

No. Matching runs on audience overlap and fit, and Paid never changes it. Paid changes what you can do once you’ve been found: lead a Pact, run unlimited Swaps and Opportunities, and share verified numbers.

Is there a trial?

Yes. Every new account gets 7 days of Paid when you publish your first Circle Profile, no card needed. After that you choose Paid or stay on Free. We don’t extend trials.

Why is the price struck through?

Paid is $30 a month at full price. Founding members pay $10 a month or $100 a year, and that price stays yours on every renewal for as long as you keep your plan.

What’s a Pact, and who pays for it?

A Pact is 3 to 20 small businesses with the same customer growing together for one season: a shared Gift Edit, a Newsletter Ring, a Social Ring. The leader who starts it is on Paid. Members join their first Pact free; after that, joining or starting more Pacts needs Paid. We never take a cut of what you sell or swap.

How do Swaps work on Free?

You get one Swap a month on Free, which is enough to try one. Paid makes them unlimited.

What happens to my analytics on Free?

You keep the last snapshot from your trial or your Paid period. Paid reconnects your accounts, refreshes daily, and lets you share verified figures privately.

Where do I pay, and can I cancel?

Inside your account. You’ll see the price and any tax before confirming. Cancel any time and you stay on Paid until the end of the period, then drop to Free.

What happens when Paid ends?

Nothing is deleted. Circle shows your Work within Free limits, Albums keep the deadlines they were created with, and bulk downloads on Free Albums stop.

Is Studio included?

Not yet. Studio launches in 2027 with its own plan. Circle Paid is just Circle.
