One launch, three roles, hired once.

The night-in launch from the homepage needed a photographer, a makeup artist and a creator. One Opportunity, three roles, each answered with their Work.

The shoot

See the shoots before you book the shoot.

Photographers, makeup artists and other Providers respond with a short note and the Work behind it. You choose who to talk to based on what they’ve made, not how they pitch.

Samples went out yesterday, so everyone should have the mask by Friday. The shoot is still the 12th.

  2. Dani ReyesCreatorThu 11:02 am

Tried the mask last night and left it on way too long. Honestly, that’s the video. Okay if I film my own evening routine with it first?

  3. Marlow SkinBrandThu 11:09 am

Yes please. That’s exactly the feeling.

How Freyja helps

Freyja drafts the roles and deliverables.

Describe the job once. Freyja turns it into an Opportunity: each role, what it delivers, when it’s due, and the people whose Work fits it.

Common roles, from the shoot to the books.

Growth

  • Digital marketer

Paid social, email and search, briefed on your numbers, not guesses.

  • Brand strategist

Positioning, naming and the story a launch hangs on.

  • PR and media

Press, podcasts and the right listicle before the season starts.

  • Social media manager

A month of posts planned, scheduled and answered.

The launch

  • Photographer

Shoots and productions, judged on the shoots they’ve made.

  • Creator

Content and campaigns, with verified audience analytics.

  • Makeup artist

Skin prep and beauty for shoots and launch nights.

  • Model

For lookbooks, campaigns and product shoots.

The business

  • Designer

Packaging, labels, logos and the look of a launch.

  • Retail and event producer

Pop-ups, markets and launch nights, staffed and set up.

  • Accountant and bookkeeper

Quarterly books, tax time and the numbers behind a Pact’s close-out.

  • Web and Shopify developer

A storefront that converts, fixed before the campaign runs.

People by the work they’ve shown, and verified analytics where it matters.

Freyja suggests people whose Work fits the job, from a photographer’s shoots to a marketer’s campaigns, and creators share verified audience analytics before anyone commits. Technology finds the patterns. What matters is still yours to decide.

What it costs

Posting a single-role Opportunity is free.

A multi-role Opportunity needs the plan.

Questions

Which roles can I hire for?

Any role a launch or a business needs. The roles above are the common ones; type your own when you post, and Freyja drafts the deliverables for it.

Can one Opportunity ask for several roles?

Yes. One Opportunity can ask for several roles at once, including partner Brands, Providers, and Creators. How many open roles you can post depends on your plan.

How do responses work?

Each person responds with a short note and the Work that proves it. You read the responses, choose who to talk to, and the rest see a polite close.

What about deadlines?

Every Opportunity has a response deadline and a start date. Freyja drafts both from what you tell her, and you can change them before you post.

Does a paid plan get better matches?

No plan buys better matching. Freyja suggests people on their Work, their audience and their fit for the job.

Where do the conversations live?

An Opportunity has one conversation for each person you select. A Pact has one group conversation; a Swap has a separate conversation for each selected partner.

Does hiring someone make them a Pact member or Swap partner?

No. Hiring for a role does not make the person a Pact member or Swap partner. They join the Opportunity’s conversation, and only that.

Three places, for three parts of a launch.

Circle to find the people. Albums for the night itself. Studio, soon, for what you post afterwards.
