For Brands

Find the people to grow with.

Meet complementary brands, creators and specialists for your next launch, campaign or collaboration.

Three ways to grow

Three ways to grow with the people already around you.

Swap with one brand, run a Pact with several, or post an Opportunity for a single job.

  1. Swap

Two brands, one trade. A post for a post, a newsletter feature, a product for a product.

  2. Pact

Three or more brands, one season. A gift edit, a collective giveaway, a newsletter ring. Who gives what is agreed before anyone joins, and every member is asked at the end whether they got it.

  3. Opportunity

Hire a creator, photographer or model, gifted or paid. Freyja drafts the brief so the deliverables are all there. They apply with their work. No fee on either side.

Small brands have always done this.

The hard part was never the idea. Partners who never post, three weeks on WhatsApp instead of selling, a season that closes while you wait. Here is how one Pact runs on Circle: Marlow Skin’s night-in gift edit, from ask to close-out.

The ask

Say it the way you’d say it to a friend.

Tell Freyja what you’re launching and who you’d like beside it. She picks the template and drafts the Pact: dates, roles, and what each brand gives.

You said

“We’re launching our overnight mask before Christmas. I’d love to do a gift set with a couple of brands whose customers already buy things like ours. I can’t afford ads this year.”

FreyjaJust now

A Gift Edit would do that: three or more small brands publish one gift guide and all promote it, so each brand’s customers see the others. Want me to find brands whose customers already buy yours?

The partners

Brands who sell to your customers.

A 40k-follower brand and a 900-follower one rarely make a fair trade. Freyja suggests partners by shared customers, never by size, never by who pays. You see each brand’s audience overlap before you say yes, and the conversation starts in Circle.

Hi! I love your washed cotton sets. They’re exactly the feeling we want for our new overnight mask. We’re putting together a night-in gift set for the launch. Would you be open to a chat about doing it together?

Hi, thank you so much! We’ve actually been wanting to do a self-care collab. This sounds really fun. Could we find time for a call this week?

The agreement

Who gives what, before anyone joins.

In a Pact, what each brand gives is written down before anyone joins. Here, each brand sends one product, its own offer code for every partner, and two posts. The founder puts the edit together on her own site, and every sale is traced to the brand that sent it.

The Opportunity

Post the role, gifted or paid.

Add a role to the Pact and it goes out as an Opportunity: a paid shoot, a gifted product for a post, or commission on what sells. Freyja drafts the brief, so the platform, the deliverables and what’s on offer are written down before anyone applies. Photographers, models and creators apply with their portfolio; you pay what you agree between you, and Circle takes no cut.

You can post an Opportunity without a Pact, any time.

The close-out

See what worked. Run it again next season.

Every Pact has dated milestones and one thread, so everyone sees what’s due and when. At the end, each brand privately notes what it gave, what it got, and whether it would do it again. “Run it again” starts next season’s draft with new dates.

Being invited

Get invited to Pacts you didn’t start.

Sometimes the idea is someone else’s. The part they’re missing is a brand like yours. When a Pact or an Opportunity asks for a partner brand, Circle can suggest you. Answer with a short note; if they choose you, the conversation opens. A partnership can be a swap, a shared cost, a fee, or whatever you agree.

The Swap

Not ready for a Pact? Swap with one brand.

A Swap is two brands trading something: a post for a post, a newsletter feature, a product for a product. Both of you confirm what each side gives before anyone posts.

Questions

Can we work with other brands?

Yes. That’s what a Pact is for. Three or more brands who share a customer grow together for a season, and Circle finds the ones whose customers already buy yours. A partnership can be a swap, a shared cost, or anything you agree between you.

Start a Pact
What if there aren’t enough brands like mine on Musefunnel yet?

Bring your own. Every Pact has a recruitment link you can drop in a local business group chat or a small business Facebook group. Brands apply through it, you see their audience, and you approve who fits.

Do I need a brief first?

No. Tell Freyja what you’re making in your own words. She drafts the Pact or Opportunity and suggests the roles it may need; you keep what fits, and nothing is posted until you post it.

What does it cost?

Joining your first Pact is free. Leading one takes the paid plan, $10 a month at founding price (full price $30). You can draft and recruit before you pay.

See pricing
Who can see our Brand’s Profile?

Anyone, once you publish it. Until then it’s a private draft.

How Circle works
Do I have to run a whole Pact?

No. Start with a Swap with one brand, or post an Opportunity for a single shoot. Pacts are for when you want a season with several brands.

How Swaps work
Does Musefunnel take a cut?

No. You agree terms between you and pay each other directly. Circle introduces people and holds the Pact to its dates.

What if a partner doesn’t deliver?

Every member is asked at the close-out whether they got what was promised. Answers stay private to you, and shape who Freyja suggests next time.

Three places, for three parts of a launch.

Circle to find the people. Albums for the night itself. Studio, soon, for what you post afterwards.
