Providers swap one skill for another, with the same agreement behind it.

How Freyja helps

What it costs

Free account: one Swap a month. Paid plan: unlimited.

Nothing is paid between the two of you, ever. We never take a cut of what you swap, and Freyja never suggests a partner based on who pays.

What can I swap?

One thing for one thing, with one partner. Most Swaps are a Content Swap: you each make one post about the other. Brands also swap products and newsletter features. Providers swap a skill, like a product shoot for a logo.

How does a Content Swap work?

Freyja suggests a partner whose customers already buy from brands like yours. You both accept the same terms: what each of you posts, which platform, what you ship and by when, how long you have to post once it arrives, and whether the other side can repost or run it as an ad. Then you film.

Do I have to send product?

No. “No product needed” is an option when you set the terms. If you do send something, addresses are only shared once both sides have accepted.

Who owns the post they make about me?

They do, and the rights are agreed before anyone films. Repost yes or no, ads yes or no, and for how long. No surprises after the fact.

Does expressing interest claim an exchange?

No. Expressing interest does not claim an exchange. A Swap starts when both sides confirm what each gives.

How many conversations does a Swap have?

One conversation per partner. A Swap has a separate conversation for each selected partner, so each exchange stays its own.

I want to do this with more than one brand or creator.

A Swap is always one to one. Three or more brands posting about each other is a Social Ring, which is a Pact. Several creators posting about your brand, paid or gifted, is an Opportunity. Freyja will point you to the right one.

Can I swap a skill rather than promotion?

Yes. Providers trade one skill for another the same way: each side says what they give, and both confirm.
